International Shipping
For international orders, most duty fees and VAT are pre-paid so you don't have to pay any extra fee upon receiving packages. When shipping to Europe, it's advisable to keep your order total under 150 euros to waive these duty fees, as orders below this amount are generally exempt.
Refund & Return Policy
At d'Annam, a subsidiary of Zen91 Inc., we strive to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Due to the unique and delicate nature of our perfumes, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Exceptions for Defective or Damaged Products
The only exceptions to the "no refunds and no returns" policy is in the case of items that have arrived damaged or defective. Should this unfortunate event occur, we commit to replacing the item at no cost to you. To initiate this process, please follow these steps:
1. Contact our customer service team: Within 7 days of receiving your order, send an email to our customer service at help@dannam.co with your order number and a detailed description of the problem.
2. Provide evidence: Take clear photos or videos of the defective or damaged product, clearly showing the issue. Attach these files to your email. This is crucial for us to fully understand and verify the issue.
3. Wait for a response: Our customer service team will review your claim and respond within 48 hours with next steps. Please do not return your purchase to us without receiving these instructions, as it may result in a delay to the resolution of your claim.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your claim is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at help@dannam.co.

Should you need to return a defective or damaged product, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
