a photorealistic matcha, like you're whisking it right in front of you. the opening of this perfume starts off with an incredible replication of real matcha that i love. as it dries down and throughout wearing it, this perfume becomes a little sweeter, and you get the subtle undertones of vanilla peeking through. such a cozy and nostalgic smell for me and i adore it. easily became one of my favorite perfumes at first sniff. much love!

If you’re looking for a sweet, creamy gourmand, this isn’t it. Matcha Soft Serve is more earthy and green, with a deep, natural matcha note and a hint of woodiness. There’s a touch of sweetness, but it’s subtle—just enough to smooth out the bitterness. Masculine-leaning and refined, it’s a fresh take on matcha without the dessert-like vibe.

I’m a big matcha fan and that’s exactly what I was looking for. It reminds me a lot of matcha meditation that got discontinued, however I can definitely sense more floral notes in this scent. I don’t really smell the cone but it remind me of that milky, bitter matcha tea. I recommend!

There is very strong baby powder note that I was not expecting. Almost drowns out everything else. Will be curious to see how it settles in the bottle with time. The packaging is quite nice and when I do get a whiff of anything else other than baby powder, the smell is pleasant. Probably not worth the price, though.
